I like 'em both, though. The bacon you've shown here is only about 50 calories per slice, and if you drain the grease off and put the bacon on a rack or paper towel to absorb the fat that's dripping off of it, they really aren't that bad for you.
Of course, if you fry the bacon, then fry your eggs, mushrooms, and sliced bread in the bacon grease until it's lovely and crispy, you WILL start having that clogged up feeling in your bones after a bit .... !!
