Our Dartmoor and Exe Valley runs are safe as nearly all old bikes with new bikes to Marshall. There was an incident where an older rider bought a small 125 as his Triumph was too heavy. He hit a car head on in a lane due to not being used to right foot brake.
First ride on it and he had multiple injuries. Not seen him since at the runs.
Incidents are mostly the 70 to 80 year olds just dropping the bike at stops. pride takes a bashing but mostly, they get up and ride on.
