1. Are you against the principle of speed limits on our roads?
2. If they dont use camera's then how would you propose to maintain the speed limits?
3. Speed limits are clearly marked and signed, so if a stretch reduces from, say, 60 to 30 do you think that the chaange should be ignored.?
4. ANPR camera's are used to catch drivers of illegal vehicles. Do you support this principle or should illegal vehicle use simply be ignored?
There are many more that I could add as you all realise. However the over riding problem is not camera's, enforcement or even the use of the revenue raised. The issue is driver behaviour. If people really wanted to avoid fines, and wanted to have the camera's and vans scrapped there is a very simple solution that will do exactly those things.........DO NOT EXCEED THE SPEED LIMIT.
