I doubt tanker drivers. They are highly-qualified (it takes a while and costs a pile just to get a bog-standard HGV licence, then it takes another while and costs another pile to get the fuel qualification), well-paid and have few, if any, nights sleeping in cabs.
Tbh, the tanker driver shortage is bizarre, can't fathom it at all. But certainly they aren't being lured away to work in Tesco.
