I have only ridden it once for around 10 miles & found the riding position "odd" compared to the RE - pegs are higher & further forward, seat closer to the ground coupled with straighter, flatter bars didn't work well for me (5' 9" tall 31" inseam). Steering is slower, the clutch a lot heavier & the fuel injection more abrupt than the RE & 6th gear very much an overdrive - not really useable below 60 mph. I have owned 3 Guzzis (Mille GT, Califonia 1100i & Breva 750ie) so kind of know what to expect with them, but didn't think I could live with Heather's & was happy to swap back. The black crackle painted engine is a pain to keep clean & the alloy rims on the spoked wheels are not anodised, so hours of fun with the Solvol !
As far as I can recall, the Stones are just a de-blinged Classics with cast wheels rather than spoked & no tacho. Oh, and maybe a black painted rather than chromed exhaust system.
List prices are a joke & seem to bear no relation to selling prices. Heather has actually had 2 of these, but the first one was written off by a dopy van driver who reversed over her just before it had it's first service (900 miles). When the insurance was eventually sorted, she bought the second one & both were around £1400 - £1500 under "list" from the same Guzzi franchised dealer.
If you want to know anything else specifically, just ask.
