I'm 76 and haven't seen a doc for at least 11 years and don't take any meds.
Last week I rec'd a text inviting me to phone my health centre for a booster jab. After 4 days and more than a dozen calls when I was between 9 and 17 calls in a queue I heard about a drop-in centre 5 miles away. I went there and was jabbed with an hour.
I walk the dog past my health centre most days and the doors have been (and still are) locked since the start of the pandemic, admitting pre-booked app'ts only.
