.... now keep a 55-gallon drum of 90 octane non-ethanol fuel with "Marine Sta-Bil" added. The stabilizer adds about $.15 to the cost of each gallon, BUT it absolutely prevents rust in steel tanks, even if the tank is only half full - the vapor carries the rust preventative all around.
Four years of doing that, and I never have an engine fail to start and run if I've run it with that fuel before I put it up. It's all I use in my bikes at home ... when I come home from a trip where I've had to use E10 garbage, I try to come home empty and I fill up with stabilized non-ethanol. No worries ....
