On Sunday I went for my CV19 booster after queuing for 3.5 hours at a "walk in" centre on a damp / cold day, I also felt like I was getting a cold, but the vaccinator said that's OK as long as it is a cold and not CV19.
Anyway vaccinator said I may experirnce flu like side affects or I may not.
Monday morning came and I felt pretty rough which I put down to the cold so started working, by lunchtime I was so knackered I could hardly stay awake, my sense of taste and smell had gone, arms / legs / head ached like crazy.
So off I went sick, here we are on Wednesday, most of the syptoms have now worn off, sense of taste / smell comming back, but still feel achy.
Done 3 lateral flow tests and the all show -ve for CV19, so guessing it was the booster combined with the cold that I had, also the fact that I am not as young as I wish I was so the old imune system is not what it was.
Hoping for a return to work tomorrow, which just entails me walking about 15 feet to the garden cabin office.
This is the first time I have been "out" sick since WFH, it just feels odd.
