Very similar situation in that I can view the Pension Calculator but it does not take Ill Health Retirement into consideration and the 2015 Pension changes kick in on 31/03 so there was a bit of stress trying to get it approved by that date. There are a few financial implications of these changes that will have an effect, but I realise that I am still fortunate to
a/ be here,
b/ expect to make a good recovery and,
c/ get a pension as I am all too aware of the thousands of folk who have lost theirs due to crooked business practices by owners spiriting the pension pots away, including the revived Brit Bike company discussed a few weeks ago.....there you go, a classic bike reference
