Very firmly. It's very early in your recovery; imho, don't make decisions you might regret later - e.g.:-
. If you don't sell your T160 now, is it going to be any harder to sell, worst-case, this time next year?
. Otoh, if you do sell your T160 now, how much harder is it going to be buy another one in a similar (particularly mechanical) state next year - bear in mind very few (no other?) T160's have been owned by both John Young and a10newbie ...
As for you can't remember where the bits you took off five months ago should go back:-
. Short-term, take digital photos. of the bits, post in the appropriate e.g. TriumphRat forum, along with a short explanation if necessary?
. Longer-term, if you remove any more bits, use the previously-suggested restorer's trick of taking digital photos. before and during disassembly? If you think you might not remember where you leave the camera, either give it to someone trustworthy (Mrs. Jimmy?) for safe-keeping or mark a place in your shed with a big sign, "SAFE PLACE"?
