Its just done with rattle cans. Careful preparation and making sure all the paints used are compatible with each other. I prefer Hi-cote paint but Halfords is better but more costly. Halfords have a better spray nozzle and pressure. When spraying, warm it all up with a hairdryer and it will not run. The pastel colours are very hard to cover and a lot of paint is used. That orange coat over an orange primer still took at least 6 coats to cover.
I will put a clear coat on Tomorrow Morning out in the sun again as there was no wind Today. No wind Tomorrow with luck but i have good lighting in the garage with daylight colour led square lamps.
I have possibly used several hundred cans of paint over the years. I also used to spray with a compressor until Laws prevented me buying the paint. i could buy it but maybe the Local authority and neighbours might get annoyed. I have sprayed quite a few whole cars since about 1971 but only play with my own vehicles.

What i have found is that keeping my hands in use for many hours is stopping the hands shaking. This also stops a lot of it when i rest in the Evening.
