Probably speaking out of turn here but.

I just dont understand all these mental health issues that so many people seem to have these days - not to say that people dont suffer, I have first hand experience of someone who suffers from it, but I just dont get it.

I think that the media / so called celebrities who constantly bang on about mental health have a lot to answer for, it feels to me that they make it almost compulsory that you have to suffer mental illness of some kind these days.

Perhaps I am lucky, or just insensitive as I have never sufered mental illness, and as I say I find it difficult to understand those that do.

But yes, you are right the simple DO mattter, and no I am not saying that mental health is not an issue.
