Agree with the above posts I suppose in our day it was just get on with it and say nothing..
Early on my first girlfriend ended up in a secure unit not nice and didn't see it comming she did survive and later married and I have lost touch...
But today's outlook is very sad as so many seem to have these so called mental health issues they can't all be right ...I get very depressed sitting at home unable to do things I could in the past but Hey I'm OK and get on with it its not mental..have seen mental usually in my time Drugs..which never touched ..
