The engine number is C15S.3692, which by the book should be a 1962 Scrambler Special. But it ALSO has a frame number of C15S.3692, which doesn't seem normal, as the engine and frame weren't normally matching on these. It's a two-owner bike and the stampings "look" original (well, to me anyway, nothing dodgy or fake looking.
At any rate, I'm going to try to get it on the road as a local trailbike, and as a Moto Giro bike, since as a pre-1968 and a sub-305cc bike, it qualifies ....
At no time in history have the people forcing other people into compliance been the good guys.
