Fitting the new parts have made it worse. 50% of the time now.

I bought this 2015 Vauxhall from our local dealer second hand in 2016. The ignition problem has been since 2018. They have also been unable to fix the a/c unit even after putting special dye through the system.

Do I have any grounds for suing them for incompetence? They clearly cannot repair their own vehicles.

Any advice much appreciated as I now have a car that has probably depreciated in value by 75%.
