I think they may be over estimating its value.
Its neither in pristine restoration condition nor in unmolested & original condition. It's just an old Harley with a bodged up sidecar attached and a bit of quaint rural history that is of no motorcycling interest.
On the other hand they may attract a buyer with more money than sense......
