Just replaced the front disc on the Interceptor with an EBC item that came with EBC organic pads (the OEM disc warped & Moto GB would not replace it under warranty). The OEM Brembo sintered pads (and they are marked Brembo & not Bybre, as was the disc) looked almost unworn after 9500 miles, but the disc was about 25% worn - I would rather replace pads than discs !

Not ridden the bike with the new arrangement yet, so don't know if there will be a difference in feel - the Brembos were OK, but having had discs warp with sintered pads before I will put up with a different feel as long as it stops OK and the disc doesn't warp again !

Fitted a YSS cartridge emulator kit to the front forks while I was at it - it will be interesting to feel what difference that has made to the front suspension. Interesting ride coming up, but got to take the rear wheel out of Mrs B's Guzzi to have a new tyre fitted tomorrow first.
