I managed to find a really good thermostatic controlled bar shower by Mira. I did have to install a double ended shower pump to get pressure as my tank supplied flow is not enough. Temperature is rock steady with the new mixer. I cut off 2 hours of boiler time as i no longer need a lot of hot water. Should be some fuel saving there.
I am surprised about this Government cash being handed out to cover high prices. I remember in the 70s when it all went mad, we just suffered. I had to sell my car and go without one but bought a motorbike to get to work.
