If I stick 6 volts onto the battery terminals the indicators work, and not suprisingly the lights give a Joe Lucal like dim glow being 12 Volts.
Guess the best thing to do is fire it up and see what voltage appears accross the battery terminals - that will be a while as I still have it in a state of dis - assembly.
Who needs a signature anyway......
