You can't really blame Kawasaki for that. Its not as it left their factory 12 years ago.
OK, maybe the stock KLE650 was a not exactly a thing of beauty, but someone has (ahem) "customized" that particular old hack to their "taste" by removing some of the plastic body panels and adding a "mask" to the headlight unit.
