Just got my gas and electricity bill and it works out at 110 pounds a week for December. I can afford it but it must be hard for the ones on basic pensions or families.
My house runs all led lighting, all new appliances with a low consumption, extremely well insulated, i dont use the gas fire and control the boiler just by using the 1 hour boost.
They take 220 a month on direct debit so well covered for the years use and in credit by 700 pounds.
When i go abroad for 5 weeks in March, i will have saved a lot of energy and be able to book again.!
