No Graham has restored two RSKs one for a museum and one for a private owner not far from me the engine is a pig to work on very few people can do it as it can take up to four days just to set the valve timing as they are all vernier couplings..
Graham was flown to the US it see the same model by a long standing customer Who wanted one this was a Mecom auction ...after inspection G deemed I a mongrel with the wrong crankcase that were stamped with correct numbers but not magnesium.
Saved the customer a load of money..There is a company in the UK Chesil Speedsters who will build you a replica...of course one was written off by James Dean there have been a few cars out there claiming to be his..Buyers Bewhare..
As regards to racing Geoff there is a rare Bread-and-butter and Birdcage Ferraris racing in classic events both have been crashed in many events and repaired as of now they are not original..the owners let well known drivers race them for prestige but the drivers once behind the wheel do what racing drivers do race..so these two rare cars are not original..
