I've spoken to him (no idea what he's taking about).

He said he'd found this site:

So printed off a 114 division circle, which he has glued to a bit of wood to mount on the dividing head.
As it will interface with one of the cotton reel gears. If it's slightly wrong it doesn't matter as long as the tooth count is correct.
