I put this post on here thinking it might be interesting discussion as the first I think proper road test of the BSA over a fair distance .
The conclusion is the BSA is probably better quality it doesn't have the performance of the Enfield ..it is dearer so I won't be buying one as my Ariel would do exactly the same thing except the electric start..and having ridden the Enfield Clubman version was impressed ..but that was some time back .. before everything went Tits up..
