I got to speak with two people in the UK but also two people from abroad. One, who sounded Indian was helpful but unable to take payments but did forward my complaint. I suppose a complaint is fruitless as what i needed was insurance on my bikes and they were unable to honour their quote. Bizzare that they said they would take money on the 10th then they didnt and send 3 letters which arrived 2 days after expiry . I would have expected a phone call. One operator asked why i had not checked to see if the payment was made. I told them that once the deal was done as they said they would take the money and i gave authority, they would have done it. I was even sent a survey 2 days ago asking how good their service was at my renewal so i thought they had me covered.
Peter James will be first call but there are many others who would insure me with 50 years no claims on a motorcycle and just one speeding fine in 50 years with no other motoring offences after driving about 750,000 miles.
