Brian, I checked the remote float chamber height and it was actually 1/4” too high so I have lowered it to the correct level.
I’m hoping this will cure the cold starting problems.

I’ve ordered some black petrol pipe to make up longer pipes so I can fit the 90 degree inlet banjo.

One other question: How far from the front edge of the mudguard should the tip of the front number plate be or how far back should the front hole be drilled?
