Two reasons for that. One is that Kev always had a camera in hand so everyone figured "No need in me taking a picture, Kev will have pics of everything.

Secondly, he didn't particularly like being in pictures himself and would always manage to move to the rear of everyone else's cameras, unless you just surprised him ... !
