History lessons forgotten.

Rememberance Sunday is an annual event to remember and thank all those who made that sacrifice that we may live in, hopefully, peace. It is not a one war Rememberance. Veterans from the Falklands, Northern Ireland, Afghanistan etc etc were represented.

The 11th November ceremonies, services etc are to remember Armistice Day which saw the end of WW1. It in contrast is a single war Rememberance.
