Due to being timed out 3 times during booking tickets, i emailed and asked for a phone number so i could do a phone booking or they could give me a call.
Instead, they sent a noreply email saying turn up and line up and pay a higher entrance fee for my group.
As i am not able to stand up very long, this is not an option so i did get online tickets with someone who types faster and can upload pictures they required.
Pity they can just brush off bookings so easy now as in most cases like this, i just dont go now.
Just been in Nationwide building society to change over book accounts to cards and the main question i had was, do i need a mobile phone for the accounts and lucky they are not needed.
