Is it me, or does Starmer sound more and more like Thatcher when she had run out of ideas? More targets, more 'you're not working hard enough' to civil servants and league tables for hospitals. It's just Daily Mail fodder.

You might think they'd look and say, that didn't really work, maybe we should think of our own ideas.
