About 15 years ago, I refused a contract with a Market Garden business. I put an advert in his & the next village's shop and recruited a young Mum who had moved the family out of London & quit her job in The City. Shewent on to do his books part time & even worked on the plants and trees as well.
I'd arrived at 9:15 & left at 16:30 job done, including recruitment! Went home with a boot full of plants and 2 dozen eggs.
