Just back from a nice 80 mile ride. Sun was the biggest problem so lucky I got the pull down dark visor working again inside my helmet. Had a very close call today when a pratt in a open back van decided he nearly missed his turn off at a rounder bout the turned left into me. Lucky I had time to go left with him. He did hit my bike but not being big headed but the only thing that kept me upright was many years of riding. Stopped to give him a right bollocking but realised I was talking to pikies so didn't want to get into too much of a confrontation. All I got was ,oy was indicating mate what do you intend to do about it. Not sure I wanted to take on three nasty looking guys so told him what a c...t he was and rode off. Just checked bike and lucky just got his paint on my silencer and it came off with T cut. Still not sure how I stayed upright but I guess with driving standards today we just have to be very careful when out enjoying something we love. May need to go for a pint.
