Went for a run yesterday around my usual haunts yesterday on the Duke. Beautiful day, apart from being chilly, and had a mini pull out straight across the road in front of me ( more at me really) as I ambled past the parking lot in Bibury.
Fortunately I was at walking pace and avoided the car, which was driven by a tourist from the mysterious east. You really have to keep your eyes open going through that beautiful little village and it must be hell to live there during the day. Signs up in Japanese asking tourists to keep out of their gardens etc.. Sadly, there appears to be no way to keep the visitors down to a reasonable level.
