I see the farmers are out in force again today with their tractors in London. My question are tractors exempt from the LEZ charge? I checked a couple of number plates on the LEZ check web site and they seem to be exempt but they were fairly new tractors 68 and 20 plates. Presumably age comes into it as with cars, I do note though that like bikes tractors dont have front number plates so may not register on the APR cameras
