I know what you mean. I used to have a half decent ATB, & at weekends would go out with my grandson. We would usually end up doing a few laps of the local BMX track on the way home.
Then one day I took a jump I'd already done half a dozen times...woke up with the bike on top of me & a very concerned Ben looking down on me.
