Just in my state of Virginia, NINE Guzzi dealers have been started, then gone out of business while I've been a Guzzi owner. My nearest one now is 120 miles away. All the dealers had the same complaints about dealing with Guzzi - no warranty support and impossible sales terms, none of which became obvious until they were hooked in.
