Tayna have always delayed my delivery by sending an email asking if i was sure of the battery i ordered. It a nuisance but delays for a day or 2. When 1 battery did fail in a few days they replaced it but within 9 months 2 batteries had failed as they were just not good enough quality. I now buy a better brand as the 50 pound ones are just junk.90 pound ones are better. That is pounds sterling of course.
They do pack the batteries well but make sure you dont buy their budget batteries if you want a bike that will start up without a jump pack
