The first two i had failed instantly. One of them, i was riding at about 40 mph and that just stopped right in the middle of nowhere. breakdown was asking for a postcode but there were no housing out in the stix where i was.
Generally, i like the unit and it works very well until shit happens. Boyer will not do free repairs now but they are helpful if you call them. You can also just buy the box as a separate part
