Had a raid months back on a carwash in Malvern, netted a few illegals. One of the Mini marts also got done, opened up again in the town centre few weeks later. Also did one on a Chinese takeaway in Worcester. Several illegals again. Lowesmoor, where I used to live in Worcester, is full of dodgy businesses nowadays. Mainly Polish. Always getting done for illegal baccy, grow rooms etc.
Malvern has at least 3 Vietnamese staffed nail bars. When I was at a shop there, one of my staff had a friend who was a uniformed security guard. Walked in, to make an appointment for his wife, & the staff freaked out, thought he was a cop/customs officer.
Fruit/veg farms in Hereford & Worcestershire are also an issue. Locals aren't interested in the work, Brexit made it more difficult for legit Euro workers to get Visas. So now we've seen prosecutions of Gangmasters for modern slavery.
