I know what you mean. Two of my cars have none of those things and I drive them everywhere, but the rich spoiled modern Westerners who buy new cars don't mind paying for that stuff, because they have plenty of money and they love gadgets and comfort ... My wife is one of them, and I indulge her with her heated seats and auto-dimming lights.

I've already turned off the lane-changing stuff, and turning off the idle kill before we drive it again ....

I'd buy a 2025 copy of my 1990 Ford Festiva (a re-badged Mazda 121), roll-up windows and all, on a heartbeat ...
