I notice that any overseas building trades coming to build houses now need a University degree. It will be strange seeing the bricklayers and carpenters reading the Times newspaper. This also applies to care workers who may need a degree to wipe arses and feed you with a spoon.
Its getting interesting now and i find that i have 1.7 percent added to my pension but i also now pay just under 300 a month income tax. This is just on a n OAP pension and my private one. The private one pays more than the state one by about 100 pounds. It starts off good at over 12k but then the tax is taken. I am lucky i still have a lot of reserve money which will outlast me.
So much new housing being built locally and i wonder where the staff come from. I dont know any trade staff in Exmouth so they must come in by car from other Counties. These are huge developments and put up very fast.
