Good news Jerry. Its strange how these non compliant bikes, once just tested are compliant. All of mine would be alright without a piece of paper.
Of course, some 5 litre cars are compliant which takes the piss when a frugal bike is not compliant

Agreed. Seems that vehicles made before a certain date or set of Euro regs were declared non compliant with a blanket ban. The onus being put on the driver/rider to prove otherwise, at their cost.
From what I have seen on the 'net, all of my bikes would pass, although not on the 'compliant' list. As I have no intention of visiting any current ULEZ zones, I won't be paying out to get mine done any time soon.
I do wonder how many cities & towns will jump on the ULEZ bandwagon, to get the revenue.
