All my cars in the last 15 years have had the wheel tool in an orange bag. In service, i leave it on the seat and they return it to the seat.

Best one for tyre mileage was my Astra 2 litre diesel and tyres did 36,000 miles. Worst was a Peugeot 308 with tyres at 12,000 miles.
Not bought a new tyre for the last 18 years as i dont drive more than 23,000 and chop it in.
