In my Town which is doubling in size, the main post office and parking for vans has been sold off. This has moved into w h smith which just does not cope with the crowds. Still 3 post offices left but many have shut down.
Surprising with about 10,000 new houses coming along that shops and businesses are shutting. Another new building site begins next year as the large one gets completed with its new road system.
Takes over 1 hour to go 10 miles to Exeter already but that will become a 90 minute commute when an extra 5000 cars try the only way in.
It is much faster to ride a bike those 10 miles along the cycle path which was the old train line path
