My mum and Gran were Cornish pasty makers. Its a lost art but the ingredients have to include swede as my mum often told the shops. They also had to have a turned piece on one edge.
Oggy Oggy pasties have got it right if you get one in Devon at Tavistock. Some of the pasties in Cornwall are not all that good last time i did a pasty hunt there. Good ones up in Lynton but thats Devon again.
