Good news and bad news gang. first bad news the weather was shite I struggled so much with pushing bike around paddock and just couldn't do it on my own. Good news is I managed three Friday track day sessions on my CBR400 that Dave posted here. Very nervous going back out on track for the first time since my big crash but after my first session did manage two more and got a little faster. Saturday was the turn of my VFR to check new engine. First time out it started raining hard so only did one lap as I sure cant afford to fall off again as only 70% fit. Did get out on the Sunday and the engine seems like a good one but I was tiring so decided that was it for the day which was a good decision as it pissed down again. Got help again loading up and had good drive home. This morning I sure am feeling it and my right wrist is giving big problems. So mentally it did me so much good just not sure about the physical side. Think will take today to get over it,but I have to admit to being on a big high and the pain was so worth it.
