I wear Daytona bike boots & highly recommend them. Yes, they are expensive but worth every penny. Mine have lasted about 8 years and still show no signs of falling apart or leaking, even in the most pissistant weather.
I am seriously considering getting some of their light weight summer boots to cope with the current heatwave as my usual pair get a bit warm after a couple or three hours.
Of course this might be a bit extravagant & cause an immediate plummet into winter conditions!
