the problem is not the banks as such, its the fact that they are shutting branches and asking you to use a post office, this is where max withdrawal and max paying in rules have been made

as per being asked whats money for ,just keep Straight face and say "its my XXX birthday today , I want £xxx in order to buy a line of coke and to get a prostitute" , it works every time
