The Exmouth housing has already taken the valley that had covenants to prevent building. All restrictions to building seem to be removed now. The Historic St Johns area accessed by a single narrow track is to have 700 houses so i expect the horse riding places will have to move out as they use this lane a lot.
So many rear gardens are being built on now. Two neighbours have built giant sheds in the back gardens with living room, kitchen and bedroom for their adult children to live as the 400,000 pound affordable housing is just too much for a low pay Town with no industry and just shops for work.
Exeter building has gone crazy and there must be 10,000 houses going up now.
