I have had 5 accidents on motorbikes since 1969. 1 was 2.5 miles from home, drunk driver and i got a broken leg. 2 a diesel spill 0.5 mile from my house, 3 an old man pulled out of a junction so i hit his door 1 mile from my house. 4, a cat ran out and sent me over the handlebars.3 miles from my house. 5 a car pulled out from a pub car park and hit me in the side, multiple injuries and 4 ears recovery 1 mile from my house. Now that is what makes this area a bit dangerous for bikes but since 1979, i have been lucky to have been riding when the worst car drivers are not out.
No accidents out around the magnificent surrounding area of East Devon and the Moors so thats why i continue to live here totally secure in a house no one will get into.
